Place your items in their original packaging or a secure alternative, ensuring the parcel is well-sealed and the return label is clearly visible.
Drop Off Your Parcel
Take your package to your nearest approved drop-off point, such as a local post office or courier collection site, and keep your proof of postage.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
